Unwind in the hot tub after a day exploring Helen, then gather under the pergola for drinks, games, and fireside evenings by the water.

Inside, the home features a dramatic two-story vaulted living space with large windows overlooking the river. The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, and pool table — perfect for entertaining.

The home offers 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with king beds in every bedroom, along with vanity mirrors and large smart TVs for added comfort and convenience.

On the front of the house, the screened-in porch offers a cozy place to relax, read, or enjoy your morning coffee.

Beneath the home, the expansive covered entertainment area includes ring toss, cornhole, an extra refrigerator, bar setup, grill, and a large fireplace — all set along the river and surrounded by warm string lights.

Located within walking distance to downtown Helen, you can easily explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions, including Betty’s Country Store.

Guests have access to the entire home during their stay. There are three locked closets (one on each floor) used for storage.
